Born from German technology and refined by Agio Group, Resysta turns an agricultural by-product — rice husk — into a dense, durable composite. It looks and works like tropical hardwood, but without the deforestation, the swelling, or the termite problem.
~60% rice husk — an agricultural residue — compounded with rock salt, mineral oil, silica and a proprietary additive package. It contains no wood.
Indoor emission ≤0.025 mg/m³ (ENF class). Soluble heavy metals (Pb/Cd/Cr/Hg) not detected. Safe for healthcare, schools and homes.
A closed-loop material with no tropical timber. Supports green-building credits and circular-economy procurement.
Cut, sand, drill, rout, paint, oil and even heat-bend it with standard carpentry tools. No specialised installation crew required.
Composition — an agricultural residue, salt and mineral oil. No wood, no formaldehyde-based binder.
Resysta did not start as a Chinese copy of a German formula. The German engineering team behind it spent two decades refining the compound before the technology was licensed into China — and in 2018 the German production line was moved to our Shunde plant in Foshan, together with the R&D team and the production licence. What you buy today is the same material, made on the same equipment, in the same plant.
Coastal humidity, salt-laden air, desert heat, freezing winters and relentless UV — these are exactly the conditions Resysta was tested against. Its near-zero water uptake is the reason it does not swell, crack or host termites.
From decking and façades to doors, windows, wall panels and modular cabins — one consistent, certifiable material system across the whole project.
A representative selection from our extrusion and board range — square-hollow profiles, decking sections, cladding boards, handrails and round bars. Profiles ship in 2.4–3 m lengths and boards in 2440 mm sheets; dimensions, surface finish and colour are customisable to your project.
Section sizes are nominal, in millimetres. Full technical drawings, colour cards and container-loading plans are available on request through your usual contact.
Every panel and profile in this catalogue is stocked in the finishes below — from clear and translucent through to the deeper greys, taupes and dark teaks. These fifteen are a representative selection — the full range runs to 196 finishes. Screen colour is indicative only; ask your usual contact for a physical colour card before you specify.
Codes are catalogue references, not paint matches. Translucent finishes let the substrate show through; custom colour matching is available on request above MOQ through your usual contact.
Every figure below comes from third-party or manufacturer test reports (Report 2022-DB-003 and the GH/T 1383-2022 test regime). We publish the measured value, not the marketing value.

Translated from the manufacturer's physical-property test report. ENF = China's formaldehyde emission class (≤ 0.025 mg/m³); A-class fire result applies to the Class A Wall Panel only, under the tested installation conditions.
We would rather show you exactly where we stand. Below is what is held today and what is in progress or available on request for market entry. No over-claiming.
The A2-s1,d0 classification is issued under China's GB 8624 and uses the same classification notation as EN 13501-1. It is a separate certification system; we do not claim EN 13501-1, ASTM E84/E136, NFPA 285 or BS 8414 certifications, and we do not claim a fire rating for profiles other than the Class A Wall Panel and B1 for the EB panel.
Compliance status reflects the manufacturer's documentation as of the publication date of this brochure. Buyers should confirm the latest certificate validity and any market-specific requirement (SABER, ECAS, EAC, etc.) with Agio Group's export team before specification.
